We first would like to thank you all for your support and patience with us during this most difficult time. This pandemic has changed all of our lives but our goal is to make sure that we keep a very safe and  healthy environment for everyone. We have enclosed an additional policy that is in compliance with our goal to decrease the transmission of Covid-19 and to ensure the safety everyone to the best of our ability.


Appointments: We will have to change our appointment times to meet the requirements of the state of Maryland. By helping us, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following list below:


  • Please arrive on time for your appointment (we will allow a 15 min grace period. However, we strongly suggest all clients to notify the staff on your delay).

  • Upon arrival, all clients will be asked a standardized Covid-19 questionnaire.

  • ALL clients will be screened for temperature: If you have a fever, we will immediately cancel your service and your deposit will be forfeited. 

  • All clients must wash their hands and sanitize their hands upon entering the salon.

  • We strongly ask that clients refrain from brining extra guests to your appointment. If extra guests do enter the salon, they will be asked to leave.

  • Please cancel your appointment if you have are experiencing any coughing, sneezing, runny nose, or symptoms of Covid-19. We understand that some people may have allergies. However, we can not accommodate  clients who display ANY of these symptoms and we will decline servicing you with the forfeit of your deposit.

  • Before entering the salon, all clients MUST wear a mask (with strings that go around the ear and mask covering both nose and mouth). We will not be able to properly or safely service you with a bandana, scarf, or any form of covering that will not allow us to perform our services. 

  • Due to the shortage of masks, we ask that each client bring their own mask. 

  • Please book ALL services that you wish to receive. Example: If you book a silk press and would like to add a Demi-color service after you have already booked your appointment, we will not be able to add that service, so please make sure that you book every service you would like to get. If you do not see the option on our site please call the salon and we will make adjustments accordingly.

  • When you are not being serviced by your stylist we ask that each client practices social distancing by keeping 6 feet from others while you are in the salon.


Salon Changes

  • All refreshments, beverages and libations will be unavailable until further notice.

  • We will not have reading materials available to clients until further notice.
