STANDARD SALON POLICIES 

-Please read COVD-19 Policies in addition to this policy.

 

BOOKING:  

  • All deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferrable and may be applied to future appointments.

  • Clients have 72 hours to cancel or reschedule all appointments. Last minute cancellations will result in a forfeit of your deposit.

  • No-Show appointments will be charged the full balance of their service.

  • Credit card holds or deposits are required for all appointments. 

  • Each price listed is a base price and may increase according to length, thickness, style and other additional services.

  • Please book ALL services that you would like to receive. If you would like to book any additional services after you have already booked your appointment, please call or text to consult with your stylist PRIOR to your scheduled appointment or a fee may be applied.

  • Full balance and payments are due at the time of service, no exceptions. (We accept Cash, Credit, Debit & Apple Pay).

  • Please note: The health and protection of your hair is our top priority and although we do practice safe and healthy hair procedures, we cannot guarantee the reverting of natural curl pattern. When heat is applied directly to the hair you are taking a risk of losing the reverting of your natural curl pattern. This is a result of how strong or delicate the elasticity (the ability for hair to stretch and return to its curl) of your hair is. We are not able to determine or test the elasticity of your hair prior to your visit. 

 

DAY OF SALON VISIT:

  • All STYLING services include shampoo, conditioner and blow dry services. (Haircuts and Trims do NOT. You will need to book those services separately, so please book accordingly). 

  • Hair must be COMPLETELY detangled before you enter the salon.

  • All braids, weaves and extensions MUST be removed before entering the salon (unless this is a service that you have booked for).

  • We allow a 15 min grace period for all clients, but all appointments are subjected to be canceled if you have not discussed previous accommodations with your stylist.

  • All parking is street meter parking. Please plan accordingly to find additional parking, if necessary and to be sure that you arrive on time to your appointment. 

  • ALL children MUST be age 14 and up in order to be serviced.

  • In relation to the Covid-19 policy: If you and a child or friend have an appointment at the same time and the occupancy exceeds state guidelines you must wait in your car or outside of the salon.

  • No extra guests are allowed in the salon, no exceptions. 

  • No outside hair products will be used UNLESS it is a medicated treatment provided by a physician. 

  •  If you are dissatisfied with your service or with your visit, please consult with your stylist to allow them the opportunity to fix any complications.

 

POST SALON VISIT:

  • All services are final, no refunds.

  • We are not responsible for any styling maintenance. (Inclement weather, improper home care, bodily fluids and any other occurrences).

  • We can not guarantee the reverting of your curl patterns (Refer to “Booking” section of this document for more details).
